Being a good leader in the world we live in today is complicated, whether your leadership is in a corporate setting or in your personal life. Challenges can be many, and expectations are often high. Sometimes we just get stuck. So how do we navigate rough seas and move forward without losing our anchor?
COACHING 1:1
I am a certified Co-Active coach which means working with a transformative approach to personal and professional development, that empowers individuals to tap into their full potential, as leaders and humans.
What do you yearn for? What values are your foundation? How can new perspectives help you choose your stance? And how do you move forward?
We work with finding clarity and focus, accountability, skill development and overcoming challenges. Through thought-provoking conversations and bodily exercises, my aim is to help release and support creative and empowering processes in your (work)life.

WHO AM I
I am a certified Co-Active coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.
I have worked in and with communication for almost 30 years, unpacking ideas, visions, and dreams for companies, projects and individuals. This experience forms an integral part of my approach to identifying what really matters and shapes us as humans.
Our sessions are 100% confidential. I am committed to honesty and creating a safe space where you can uncover and unlock what you need to enable flow and growth as a leader and human.
I am based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and coach in English and Danish both online and in person.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as this: partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
When employees are not thriving, it shows – both on a human and an organisational level. Sick leave, lost productivity and increased staff turnover put pressure on the organisation and may trigger a negative spiral, where colleagues and managers are forced to compensate – ultimately weakening the overall work environment.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND WELL-BEING
Employee distress in a work place can have many causes – some are rooted in systemic patterns, structures or workplace cultures, others in the relational dynamics between colleagues and management. There is rarely just one single cause; more often they interact in complex ways, creating pressure for constant adaptation or even callousness and burnout. In sectors where relational work is at the core, employee wellbeing ( or lack of it) is especially critical to the quality of the service delivered.
Psychology highlights the fundamental human needs for autonomy, competence and relatedness as essential for workplace wellbeing. Through Co-Active coaching, we work specifically with finding balance in these areas, because wellbeing is about much more than the absence of stress. It is about creating a sense of professional meaning, and strengthening the relationships and collegial community that sustain the work, even when the pressure rises. It is about giving employees a space to reconnect with themselves, their core values and their professional compass.
If you find that your employees or colleagues need support to strengthen their wellbeing, we can arrange a non-committal conversation about how I can help. Coaching and supervision are not “nice to have” extras, they are an investment in workplace wellbeing.
In a group programme, we work on creating clarity around shared values and the specific wellbeing themes the team wants to strengthen. Through reflection, dialogue and practical exercises, we focus on shifting entrenched patterns and developing new, sustainable practices. Each participant is invited to take active responsibility, both for their own wellbeing and for the team as a whole.
The programme supports the development of a shared language around wellbeing and leadership in everyday work, and helps strengthen resonance, trust and collective action within the team. It provides a foundation for a healthier, more resilient and collaborative culture.
The programme is based on the Co-Active method and inspired by a relational and co-creative approach to leadership, where responsibility, ownership and engagement grow collectively.
Each group programme is tailored through initial meetings, which include a needs assessment. The programme can also be combined with individual coaching or supervision sessions where relevant.
GROUP FACILITATION, SUPERVISION & COACHING
We work on creating clarity and focus, taking ownership, developing new skills and insights, and shifting challenging patterns. Through reflective conversations and embodied exercises, the aim is to strengthen agency and open up new ways of meeting everyday challenges.
After each session, there may be a “home assignment”, a reflection or a concrete action to work with until the next meeting.
By the end of the programme, the coachee will have developed a personal toolkit and language that support the prevention of poor wellbeing and compassion fatigue. A foundation will have been created for continued work with self-care, professional pride and inner balance. Both individually and in dialogue with others.
All sessions take place in a confidential setting and are tailored to the individual, with the option of online meetings or in-person sessions at the workplace by arrangement.
Programme structure:
The first session lasts 1.5 hours. Each subsequent session lasts 60 minutes. A programme consists of at least 6 sessions but can be extended as needed and agreed.
In a 1:1 coaching programme, the focus is on the whole person and on strengthening inner resilience. Together, we explore and anchor core values that help create balance between personal wellbeing and professional fulfilment.
